Can-Am X3 Weld-In Pull Plate

Tired of a weak rear bulkhead and having to deal with a pull plate when unbolting your radius rods? This is the answer! Our fully weldable pull plate not only keeps your inner radius rods joints centered on the chassis by increasing the rigidity of the double shear, but it also ties the rear bulkhead together top to bottom, strengthening the thin formed steel that the factory rear bulkhead relies on. Optionally included are our capture nut plates, which allow you to easily pull individual radius rods without having to hold the nut on the inside portion of the chassis. These include a plate that can be welded on the exterior of the chassis the prevent your radius rods bolts from tearing the holes in the rear bulkhead, in total, this kit adds 1/2" inch of American steel to the rear bulkhead, while only adding a few pounds.  Although this work of art comes fully TIG welded, it must be welded onto your chassis.

Note: The design of the capture nut plates has changed to accept replaceable M12 nuts instead of welded nuts to extend the life of the product. This is not reflected in the current pictures.
