Warranty: ECC offers a no-bull lifetime warranty. You break it, we replace it. 

Returns/Refunds: ECC accepts returns in like-new condition, and will refund a customers pending order upon request. Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee on returns/refunds due to merchant service fees, and in-house costs associated with returns/refunds. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
